Joint mindfulness course for young adults and their parents
We demand so much of our young people today but have forgotten to equip them with the tools and habits to cope with the pressure. Most of us older adults still need to learn them too!!
I am very excited to try out a new mindfulness offer where family members (for instance a parent and a highschool student) can learn and practice mindfulness together and thereby create new life-long habits to cultivate thriving lives.

At the meeting I will guide you through a little taste of what it means to practice mindfulness and give you some details about content and what is expected of the participants.
While this first offer will take place in Wassenaar, please let me know if there is an interest for me to do something similar online.
Ps. you don’t need to come with anyone. Young (15+) or older adults are free to join on their own. These life-skills are not dependant on your age.
